Is dropshipping legit?
Yes, dropshipping is legitimate. Drop shipping is an e-commerce fulfillment model that enables store keepers to start a business without buying inventory in advance. Instead, a manufacturer or a third-party agent will ship the product directly to the customers.
How does dropshipping work?
Your customer pays orders in your store. And you pay us the product cost and shipping fees to let us ship to your customer.
What should I do after I create an GSP account?

Can you source xx niche?
Yes. We can source any category of products, including xx niche. We are building strong relationships with factories. Therefore, we will provide you with the best price.
How do you conduct quality control?
We will identify the production qualifications of partner factories at the very beginning. Besides, our trained quality engineers will inspect every product when it arrives from the factory and once again before the order ships to your customers.

How long is your processing time?
We are trying to provide the fastest shipping. So the processing time is within 48 hours.
What are your fees and how do I pay you?
We charge the product cost, shipping fees, and service fees. You can pay us by Paypal, Payoneer, and Wire Transfer.
Will you put a receipt in the parcel?
No. We don’t put receipts in the parcel so your customer won’t know the exact price you pay us. But you can generate an invoice if you need it.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. We perform excellent after-sales service. We list different solutions when products arrive broken, faulty or wrong. You can check the policy here. You can rest assured that 99.8% of our parcels are delivered perfectly.
How do you handle the VAT?
We send DDP orders which means that the VAT is prepaid. You can increase the selling price accordingly.
And you need to know about IOSS if you are selling to the EU. IOSS, also known as the “Import One-Stop Shop” is a new system of new VAT declaration and payment, especially for cross-border online trade with the EU. Your customers only need to pay the VAT at the shipping stage. They don’t need to pay any other surprising fees and wait too long for customs clearance. If you don’t have your IOSS ID, you can declare it with our IOSS ID.

We offer shipping to the majority of countries worldwide. We have IOSS available, ensuring seamless delivery within the EU
What shipping methods do you provide?
We provide Yunexpress, Yanwen, Epacket, 4PX, DHL, etc.
Do you have a warehouse?
Yes. We have two warehouses in Zhejiang, Shenzhen, and one in the USA.
Are your warehouses free for stocking?
Yes. If you have already reached a steady volume of orders, we recommend you prepare some inventory. You can stock them in our warehouses for free.
What’s the benefit of buying private inventory?
By doing so, you can choose to ship the inventory for your orders. So the parcel will be shipped out immediately. It saves 2-3 days of processing.
