Is dropshipping legit?

Yes, dropshipping is absolutely legitimate. Drop shipping is an e-commerce fulfillment model that enables store keepers to start a business without buying inventory in advance. Instead, a manufacturer or a third-party agent will ship the product directly to the customers.

How does dropshipping work?

Your customer pays an order on your store. And you pay us the product cost and shipping fees to let us ship to your customer.

What should I do after I create an GSP account?

Can you source xx niche?

How do you conduct quality control?

What are your fees and how do I pay you?

We charge the product cost, shipping fees and service fees. You can pay us by Paypal, Payoneer and Wire Transfer.

Will you put an receipt in the parcel?

No. We don’t put receipts in the parcel so your customer won’t know the exact price you pay us. But you can generate an invoice if you need it.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. We perform excellent after sales service. We’ve list different solutions when products arrive broken, faulty or wrong. You can check the policy here. But do worry, 99.8% of our parcels are arrived perfectly.

How do you handle the VAT?

We send DDP orders. It means that the vat is prepaid. You just need to increase the selling price accordingly.

And you need to know about IOSS if you are selling to the EU. IOSS, also known as “import one-stop shop”, is a new system of new VAT declaration and payment especially for cross-border online trade with EU. Your customers just need to pay the vat at the shipping stage. They don’t need to pay any other surprising fees and wait too long for customs clearance. If you don’t have your own IOSS ID, you can declare with our IOSS ID.
