How to Switch to Trackful Tracking Links(Step-by-Step Guide)

To provide a more unified and professional tracking experience, we now support replacing original carrier tracking links with Trackful links. The steps are as follows.

Step 1: Go to “Stores”

From the left menu, click “Stores” , then find your connected store.

Click “Advanced Setting” for the store you want to configure.

Step 2: Select “Trackful”

Click the dropdown and select “Trackful”

Step3 : Check your shipment status

Click the Trackful link next to Preview, then enter your tracking number to check the shipment status. 

Note : The original tracking links can be replaced with Trackful links. But currently, this feature supports the following carriers: YunExpress, Yanwen, 4PX, U-Speed, Huahan, and Wanbang. For shipments that are not covered or cannot be identified due to special circumstances, the original tracking links will remain unchanged.
