GSP helps you ship the products to your customers. You can choose the provided shipping method when placing an order. We also provide the estimation for your reference. Please note that logistics in some places may get delayed due to the epidemic.
Processing Time
While processing your orders, we will choose the most suitable factory for you. We will check the quality of the products before we ship your orders. If you need custom packaging, please inform your sales manager. The processing time is also related to a factory's production rate. Customized products will have a longer processing time. Your sales manager will keep you informed.

You understand that different shipping methods may have varying shipping times.
Shipping Methods
GSP offers various shipping methods, including Yunexpress, Yanwen, DHL, ePacket, and other shipping methods. If the logistics provider you want to use has not connected to GSP, you can contact us. We will work on developing shipping methods that are convenient for you and your customers.
Shipping Cost
Product weight, product characteristics, and volume weight ratio are all factors that affect shipping costs. The shipping cost and product weight are positively correlated. Sensitive products cost higher than generic products. When a product has an unusual volume weight ratio, GSP has the right to charge the additional shipping cost accordingly. Due to the logistics market, we will change shipping costs periodically. We will inform you by our background announcement.
Shipping Track
The tracking number will immediately postback. You will see it when you check the status of Shipped orders.
Reshipment
We can offer a reshipment or refund according to our After-Sales Policy. Please click to view details.

GSP takes no responsibility for any damage, loss, delay, or non-delivery of the packages due to the following reasons:

We Do NOT provide Counterfeit Goods - Intentionally manufactured counterfeits of genuine goods, pirated DVDs, CDs, computer software and games, certain medical devices/products - including laser hair removal devices; candle ear cleaners; body/facial reshaping devices; prosthetics; medical tests (such as pregnancy tests); contraceptives; contact lenses; dental supplies; mole disinfectants; natural fragrance burners, etc; drugs (prescription or illegal); baby pacifiers, using other brands' products in the product list photos, any products that may be harmful/violent to animals, military equipment, illegal electronic devices, sex toys, cosmetics without listed ingredients, unbranded/TM/copyrighted goods, etc
Sanctioned Countries
We don't ship to Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq etc.
